About the role:

As GSK's Tech Communications Director you will lead communications for global, digital initiatives and projects, as well developing and delivering engagement plans for GSK's Tech function. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your excellent leadership skills through a team of direct and indirect reports who will deliver specific global and functional priorities that fall within the Technology space.

Your role works closely with the wider Global Finance team and CGA colleagues to ensure that activities are aligned, coordinated and integrated.

What will key responsibilities look like in this role?

  • Lead global communication activities coming out of GSK Tech, ensuring that they land in the best possible way across all parts of our company
  • Produce and deliver communication and engagement plans for the GSK Tech function
  • Provide strategic communication advice and counsel to key stakeholders within GSK Tech
  • Line manage team in a way that encourages and supports high performance and continuous improvement
  • Continuously measure and evaluate impact of activities while also proactively creating and sharing insights to drive improvements
  • Work closely with service leaders and owners in GSK Tech to ensure service communications are aligned with the agreed communications principles and governance framework
