Senior IT Project Manager, Open to flexible working

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced and highly capable IT Project Manager who is accustomed to working with both waterfall and agile methodologies. You’ll play a key role in a number of transformation initiatives that could include: technical change and transformation; development of new digital, data and technology products & services; or the development of new organisational policies & procedures. You’ll help to coach and develop colleagues within your team, promoting user-centric approaches and service design thinking.
You’ll have a proven track record in IT project / service management that includes experience across the systems development life cycle with experience in all programme/project phases, from discovery to implementation. It’s important that you have excellent data analysis and communication skills, which will be vital to monitoring and controlling project risks, issues, timelines, variances and budgets. You’ll play a central role in ensuring that timelines and deliverables remain on track and you’ll need the management skills to manage one or more large complex programmes/projects simultaneously. You’ll already be accustomed to achieving high quality outcomes through matrix managing multi-disciplinary teams, stakeholders and supplier resources.
