PART TIME HR ADVISOR - FLEXIBLE WORKING

JS Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a successful distributer based in Wakefield. They now require a part time HR Advisor to support the organisation primarily with employee onboarding and engagement. The company pride themselves on their fantastic long- standing team of employees and are now looking to grow the business further. The HR Advisor will support the HR function across the business, assisting with policy administration, employee relations, payroll and training and development.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable undertaking HR administration duties as well as providing first line HR advice.

The days and hours can be negotiated, our client is looking for somewhere between 24 - 30 hours per week.

PART TIME HR ADVISOR JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide advice, disciplinary support and guidance to key stakeholders
Support with training and onboarding of new employees
Process payroll and ensure policy administration is kept up to date
Other generalist HR duties as required

PART TIME HR ADVISOR PERSON SPECIFICATION

Experience working in Human Resources Generalist role
Sound HR knowledge and ability to provide first line advice
Experience of providing payroll support would be desirable but not essential
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Well organised
IT Literate
