Superb opportunity for a Bookkeeper & Payroll Clerk to join this growing business in Leeds immediately, with the high potential to go permanent due to demand on the existing team. With flexible working hours and days, this is a great opportunity for an experienced bookkeeper to join a friendly and stable business. Reporting directly into the Company Accountant your duties will be as follows:

o Weekly end to end Payroll:, collating Time sheet Information and processing payments
o Purchase Ledger: processing / authorising & transferring BACS payments
o First point of contact for all payroll & accounts related queries
o Pension auto enrolment
o Supplier Statement Reconciliation
o Credit card reconciliations
o Maintain Petty Cash Records and post to Sage each month
o Management and Reconciliation of both the Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger
o Bank Reconciliations

About you:

* Enjoy working in a team environment with good relationship building skills
* Well organised & self motivated
* Sage experience & working experience with MS Excel
* Experienced Accounts Assistant/ Bookkeeper with Payroll
