Sales Administrator - Part-time
Our client, an international manufacturer & distributor based in Kingswinford, is seeking a part-time Sales Administrator based on 16 to 20 hours per week over 4 days, Monday to Thursdays.

Support the business in achieving sales goals.
Act as support for sales personnel.
Initiate and respond to telephone calls in regard to expediting orders, providing quotations and lead time information.
Order entry; daily input of customer orders. Provide order acknowledgements, invoices and any other documentation to customers.
Preparation of import and export documentation.
Deal calmly and professionally with customers at all times.
Identify & resolve delivery issues that arise.
Learn all product lines to the degree required to competently interact with both internal and external customers.
Participate in training as required to keep up to date on new products and computer system updates.
Keeping all relevant information up to date on the CRM system.
Management of correct stock levels through use of inventory management system and liaison with warehouse personnel.
Maintain office filing system.
Computer literacy - Microsoft Office experience essential.
Prior Sales Administration experience is essential.
Experience with import and export documentation would be ideal but not essential as training can be provided.
Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
Good interpersonal skills: both written and verbal.
Courteous, clear, and professional phone manner.
