Are you an experienced marketing whiz who can generate content ideas and bring them to life?

Have you worked within branding, design and/or packaging?

Have you successfully defined and executed online and offline marketing, CRM, social media, traditional PR campaigns and advertising both print and digital?

For 30 years, this independent company have produced innovative and effective packaging designs for a variety of well-known brands and own label products across Europe and the US. It has grown organically over the years and offers an end to end service starting with creative design, artwork, digital illustration, web development, 3D visuals as well as consumer strategy.
Due to growth, the company is now looking for an experienced PR and Marketing Manager to join its established team.

As the PR and Marketing Manager, you will join a knowledgeable team who oozes talent, will work mainly with the Assistant Managing Director (who is genuinely a nice person, and I can say this as I have known him for years) and liaise with Creative Directors and Artwork Leads. You will benefit from working in a friction free environment and work with colleagues who all possess the same strong work ethic.

This is a B2B marketing role, you won't just be targeting existing clients but potential clients as well as future employees. You need to be able to take this company's message to market by producing successful integrated marketing campaigns and understand the message this company need to get out.
You will need to be in the office two to three days a week, the rest of the time you can work from home.

Your main responsibilities:

Define and execute the marketing strategy and activities according to the marketing plan, using all channels, to generate leads
Proactively manage the company's strategic PR and communications
To work directly with key stakeholders to manage and develop relationships with key media to help build and increase media coverage (including appropriate press release opportunities)
Manage and update online communications such as the company's website/intranet and other social media tools
This is a brand new position, you won't be replacing anyone so it is a real opportunity for you to make this your own
There is a three stage interview process, including a presentation either face to face or online.
