HR M&A Senior Manager/ Manager - Part time 4 days per week, Flexible Contracts

- 4 days per week part time
Once you’ve joined the firm you will have access to training, giving you the opportunity to upskill yourself on our various systems. You’ll also benefit from additional support designed to help you integrate into the firm and connect and build relationships with other flexible workers across our network.

Our PwC People in Deals team supports clients by deploying HR expertise in an M&A environment. We deliver end-to-end HR services, across the entire deals lifecycle, delivering value through Mergers, Acquisitions & Integrations, Separations, Restructuring programmes and an array of other transactions and transformation initiatives.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for ambitious, talented and driven individuals with a desire to lead or support the delivery of HR and People initiatives in an exciting Deals environment.
- Experience as a HR professional or in a HR capacity is essential
- Experience of leading change, business transformation, restructuring and TUPE programmes is highly desirable
- Experience as a Consultant and/or in an M&A/Change environment is a plus
- You work comfortably under pressure in a fast-paced deal/project environment
- You are a proven self-starter who is able to use your initiative to develop solutions
- You have strong stakeholder management skills and exceptional communication skills
- You are able to manage your own time and balance multiple priorities
- You work effectively in cross-functional teams and are able to apply your expertise to a variety of business challenges
- You have a desire to develop as a professional, and have a proven track record of growth, adaptability and a willingness to improve
- You are or aspire to be an effective, adaptable and balanced leader
Working with us
The deals you would advise on could vary from small domestic to global multi-billion pound transactions, and your work would cover some of the most interesting and challenging projects within PwC. Our clients cover all industries, including Pharma, Retail & Consumer, Industrial Products, Energy, Financial Services, Media & Technology as well as Private Equity (PE).
You would lead, deliver or support a value-focused People strategy for our clients across the whole deal cycle, from due diligence to integration, separation planning to execution, as well as post deal business and cultural transformation. Key focus areas you could be involved in include workforce planning and transition, organisational design, engagement and culture, retention, compensation & benefits, HR service delivery, employee relations, and HR systems and processes - all in a deals context.
