Our client is currently seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join them on an interim basis, working weekends to support customers with requests for appointments. The Customer Service Assistant will be managing a high volume of inbound and outbound telephone calls as well as processing orders. The ideal Customer Service Assistant will be friendly, customer focused and experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Assistant
Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound telephone calls
Responding and managing retail, installations, and queries
Corresponding with customers via email, letter and telephone whilst ensuring an exceptional level of customer experience
Handling customer complaints & queries
Helping us to drive customer satisfaction through feedback.
Provide support to other areas of the retail department when required.
Liaising with scheduling department regarding diary management
Processing orders (via email and phone)
Liaising with couriers regarding lost/missing orders Key Experience of the Customer Service Assistant
Excellent phone manner and overall communication skills
Tenacious and diligent, able to follow a problem through to resolution.
Good computer skills including using Word and Excel in a Mac-based environment.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Able to take ownership and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey.
