Job Title: Lead Development Executive

Location: Coalville, Leicestershire + WFH up to 3 days a week

Salary: Basic ??22,000 - ??25,000

Job Description for Lead Development Executive:

Our client is a well established company with a great reputation. This is a great opportunity for a Lead Development Executive to join their thriving team who put a great focus on excellent customer service.

The role is to identify the hot leads by outbound business to business calling, qualifying and grading over the phone. There will also be some appointment setting / Telemarketing with prospective and existing customers for external sales team.

Candidates should be prepared to work in the office but after training there would be the flexibility to work from home up to 3 days a week.

Experience & Skills for this role:

* Candidates must have B2B outbound calling experience in either a Lead Generation, Telemarketing or Telesales type role

* The ability to obtain accurate information from contacts

* Good attention to detail

* Good written and verbal communication skills;

* Stable job history
