Administrator - Part Time
Absolute is operating as a recruitment business for the supply of temporary opportunities.
Our customer is recruiting a part time Business Support Administrator to join them on a temporary basis initially for approximately 4 weeks, though possibly longer.
In this role you will provide administration support 3 days a week - on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday - (09.00 - 17.00 hrs), with a potential of full time hours.
You will need to be competent in the use of Microsoft Office, to carry out data entry activity, mail merges, scanning and electronic filing of documents, as well as carrying out some telephone-based work to contact customers to verify and update information held on file.
This role will be working from home on Tuesday and Wednesday, so it is essential to have the facilities to work from home and use of your own IT equipment. Each Thursday you will be office based in Pontypool, for admin duties to include handling incoming and outgoing mail and scanning filing any incoming correspondence accordingly.
