We are currently working with a dynamic and established creative b2b tech consultancy who are looking for a complete "all rounder" when it comes to Operations Management. A fabulous collaborative culture, this role is remote but you will be fully engaged with the senior team and consultants.

The role involves:

Finance

  • Processing invoices and supplier expenses
  • Supporting the team with the admin of internal database
  • Managing debtors
  • Preparing and managing supplier payments
  • Liaising with accountants to prepare quarterly management accounts
  • Updating the management team dashboard

Resource Management

  • Supporting the head of creative in the scheduling of resource
  • Onboarding freelance creatives and consultants
  • Keeping the roster of talent up to date

HR

  • Onboarding new staff members
  • Managing HR documentation
  • Managing an ongoing schedule of training

To be successful you will be able to demonstrate experience of::

  • Book-keeping, ideally with experience of QuickBooks
  • Understanding of business functions including HR, finance
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and numeracy skills 
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail 
  • Positive, ‘can do’ attitude and a flexible mindset 
  • Ability to work independently
