About the Role:
The Talent Engagement Manager is a critical stakeholder relationship role that is focused on working with the business to understand their priorities and to support these by finding talented and collaborative people that will bring our purpose to life. The role is also key to ensuring an excellent candidate and line manager experience. This role is deeply connected to the function and enables business performance delivery through consistent high execution.
More than anything, this role is collaborative; you will join a great team that supports and works inclusively together. You will also work closely with key stakeholders and build rapport with leadership teams. Strong stakeholder management and an understanding of what makes a successful partnership is a key skill.
You will have an in-depth understanding of the full recruitment cycle from attraction to offer and be able to use pipelining to find exceptional people.
