Making quality second nature.  This means doing what’s right even when no one’s looking. The work that you will do has a major impact on our clients and our firm. We pride ourselves on the high-level standards we have for the work that we do, so having great attention to detail is essential. You will quality check our work before it is sent to our clients, so you will need strong proof-reading capabilities and be able to read and understand often complex material. The ability to spot any issues and come up with solutions is important.

Own your own work. This role will be part of the overall Knowledge and Pitch (K&P) team within the Financial Services Group (FSG) and will assist the Business Risk Services (BRS) and Key Accounts (KA) business unit leads to achieve their business development objectives by supporting with responses to RFP requests and creation of pitch presentations. You will be required to support the BRS and KA teams with the creation of capability packs, project manage and create proposal documents in response to RFPs. As an experienced Assistant Manager you will be expected to work on large and often complex bids and proposals.

Be a part of a team. The K&P team support FSG to build and improve current proposal infrastructure (case studies/templates/CV storage etc). You will also support the K&P team with the upkeep of the proposal content library and the creation of new content as and when required.

Take responsibility.  You will prepare pitch presentations, complete RFIs and RFPs, respond to ad-hoc requests for proposal supporting material. You will project manage the proposal process, engaging with senior stakeholders and meeting deadlines. You will review proposal documents to ensure high quality, accurate content and correct branding.  

An eye for design. You will be expected to produce documents that are visually strong and meet our brand requirements. You will have a good eye for spacing, design, and know when things look polished and professional. Experience in design is not essential, but a desire to learn is a must.

Build your brand.  Given the importance of the Financial Services Bid Associate, this role offers exciting opportunities for the right person to expand their knowledge.  The team has a history of developing internal talent for progression

The minimum criteria

§  You will be educated to degree level or equivalent

§  You will have an intermediate to advanced level knowledge of MS PowerPoint and knowledge of other MS office tools.
