Cook for Good is a social enterprise rooted in cooking and sharing food. We run virtual and in-person corporate teambuilding experiences, and invest our profits into food-focused community projects. We’re building a community kitchen on a housing estate in Kings Cross, where we will run cooking classes and a food surplus pantry for local people.
We have a great group of businesses supporting us, and are ready to launch this new phase. In short, we have done the prep, and now we are ready to cook - and we need a team of dynamic individuals to help us deliver. Our next hire is our Community Coordinator. The purpose of the role is to ensure the local community is aware of and engaged with the work of Cook for Good. We are looking for an exceptional individual to take on this role – they will be the main liaison point between Cook for Good and our local community stakeholders. A true ‘people person’ who understands the needs of the Kings Cross community and loves connecting people.
