HR Administrator (Part Time 21 hours) ??25,000 Scotland
We are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join our client based in Scotland (Home based initially). They will offer Part time hours, with potential for full time longer term for the right person, offering a competitive salary and fantastic benefits.

Main Duties of the HR Administrator role include:
Provide HR administration and advisory support relating to key business transformational programmes.
Act in a generalist capacity supporting the HR MAnager on all areas of Payroll, Recruitment, ER, Training etc
Support HR Manager in relation to organisational change.
Ensure that all transformational activities are effectively executed in line with best practice, HR policies and employment law.
Update HRIS with any required employee changes, e.g. contracted hours
To be considered for the role of HR Administrator you will have:
Excellent academics and proof of ongoing professional training. Would also look at recent Graduates!
Software packages - Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to work with limited supervision.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a multitude of different personalities.
