Joining the fast-moving Financial Crime team of one of Britain's biggest banks, you will use your customer service skills to the full and enjoy genuine impact on the safety and satisfaction of their clients. Prove you have the can-do approach and commitment to customers they require.

You will enjoy plenty of variety as you manage incoming calls relating to retail and online payment disputes - building real rapport and reaching the right resolution. To succeed, you'll need to ask relevant questions, fully understand customer's concerns and involve specialist colleagues when needed.

It's an exciting customer service challenge, for which you'll receive some of the best training around, including an induction programme lasting five to six weeks plus extensive ongoing support. This is full time training starting 12th July, Whether you're an experienced customer service professional or an ambitious school or college leaver or planning a new course after the summer we would love to hear from you!
