Job Title: Part Time Customer Service & Admin Assistant

Location: Haywards Heath (Outskirts)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 2.00pm (25 hours per week)

Salary: ??22,000 - ??23,000 Pro rata

Benefits: 20 days holiday plus bank holidays

We are exclusively working with our established client in their search for a Customer Service & Admin Assistant . This is an busy role working for a home interior specialist with an excellent reputation and where quality of service is exceptional. We are looking for a candidate with previous experience within a Customer Service and Administrative environment, who is well organised and able to prioritise a busy workload. This is a part time role 5 hours a day Monday to Friday, ideally between 9am and 2pm. Due to location it would be ideal if you drive and have your own transport. There is plenty of free parking on site.

The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring all allocated administrative duties are completed effectively and efficiently. As such, the ideal person will be a friendly individual, who is comfortable and confident working both as part of a team and independently.

The Role:

Answer phone/ Reply to messages promptly
Customer contact/telephone appointments and office/diary management
Greeting and helping showroom visitors
Maintenance of showroom sample books/decks
Action sample requests for customers with suppliers
Purchase Ordering
Chasing supplier order confirmations/progressing
Delivery checking in with another member of staff
Database inputting and maintenance
Checkatrade chasing
Chasing supplier order confirmations/progressing
Sales order close-off
Mail-order support (Quoting and Ordering)
Including Email invoice and also send payment links to customers
Phoning customers pre- survey and installation appointments
