Part time treasury assistant to work 25 - 30 hours (core hours 10am-3pm) for a successful company in Solihull town centre with onsite car parking.

Main Responsibilities include:
- Processing and allocating payments including BACS, CHAPS, Cheques, Standing Orders & Direct Debits.
- Processing and reconciling corporate card statements.
- Purchasing card top ups and processing
- Processing employee expenses
- Daily bank journals
- Group and SPV banking reconciliation (currently 31 accounts)
- Site PDQ payment and refund reconciliation
- Cash allocation and refunds
- Reconciling unallocated cash
- Other adhoc tasks as per business needs
- Ensuring all controls are maintained.
- Providing input into continuous improvement within the department.
