HR Manager

Noa Girls provides practical, emotional and therapeutic support to adolescent girls in the Orthodox Jewish community. We are looking to recruit an HR Manager with excellent organisational and communication skills to join our busy and friendly team.

We are seeking an HR Manager to take the lead on recruitment and selection, training and development, employee benefits, absence management, retention strategy and employee relations. The successful candidate will create and enforce policies and procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.

You must have at least three years’ experience in an HR management role with solid and up to date knowledge of UK employment legislation and its application. Experience in developing and supporting line managers is essential, underpinned by an excellent understanding of coaching and mentoring approaches to people management. You will need a track record of managing a complex caseload.

£35,000-£45,000 pro rata depending upon experience.

This is a part time role, 3-4 days per week based in North West London.
