This role will appeal to someone with a good understanding of benefits realisation and how to create persuasive and evidence-based business cases. You’ll be part of a new Portfolio team that will look at implementing best practice in portfolio management, performance measures and continuous improvement initiatives across Ofgem. You will take the lead on developing and running the data for the delivery and reporting of benefits across Ofgem’s Portfolio, producing insightful ad accessible dashboards for review by senior management. You will also play an involved role in building the Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) delivery culture across Ofgem.
It’s likely that you are already working in a data management environment, where you are liaising with numerous contributors to draw together information and data required to report via dashboards. You’ll be proficient in the use of Excel and be highly capable in understanding, interpreting and implementing financial data. Good presentation skills and the ability to bring data to life for different audiences will also be valuable attributes. This is a great opportunity to play a lead role in developing best practice in portfolio management across Ofgem.
