Some home-working - Payroll Administrator - our client is a high profile successful chain of restaurants with its accounts department in North London. An excellent place to work, the company is looking for a Payroll Administrator for a one year maternity cover. (3 days in office, 2 days at home)

Working in a high calibre finance team and reporting to the Finance Manager, the Payroll Administrator role will include:

  • Monthly payroll balance sheet reconciliations
  • Monthly labour reconciliations
  • Internal point of contact for payroll queries
  • Liaison with outsourced payroll provider
  • Maintenance of Fourth Hospitality payroll system
  • Posting journals and submissions to HMRC.
  • Assist with budget preparation
  • Ad hoc support to the Finance Manager and Finance Director

Relevant payroll admin experience is required, together with reconciliations and good Excel skills. A pro-active self-starter is required with the personality to work well in a team. You should of course be available for at least one year.
