As a result, we are looking for a Recruitment and HR Manager to work with our People and Culture Director to support the implementation of a leading employee brand that engages our employees and attracts diverse and expert talent. This is a newly created position where the candidate will play a key role in developing and managing the recruitment and HR fundamentals that will enable the business’ future success.
We are looking for an experienced and credible HR professional who can play a key part in delivering recruitment and development initiatives to support the HR and business strategy. They will have generalist HR training and a more specific interest and track record in recruitment. This individual will be a confident and competent tactical executor and be ready for the next step in terms of strategy development.
The role is three to four days per week with flexibility to work from home but within reasonable travelling distance to our London, Bristol or Birmingham offices to meet the team as required.
Experience of working in a small to medium sized business and/or high-growth or consultancy environment would be beneficial but not essential.
