Corporate Responsibility Manager - 12 Month FTC - Homeworking, flexible working available

This is an exciting opportunity to join GSK's Reputation and Responsible Business team on a fixed term 12 month contract (Sept/Oct 2021-2022). The CR Manager will help the responsible business team implement GSK's ESG reporting strategy, responding to key ESG ratings, and help manage GSK's human rights approach.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Manage the delivery of GSK's ESG reporting including the ESG Performance Summary and external assurance of ESG data.
- Support GSK's submissions to key ESG indices and lead GSK's submission to the Workforce Disclosure Initiative. Lead on the human rights sections for key indices.
- Support Head CR on GSK's human rights strategy, including overseeing third party labour rights monitoring and leading on GSK's Modern Slavery Act Statement.
- Support the team's ability to bring external insights into the business through stakeholder analysis
- Support the priorities of the wider responsible business team as appropriate

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Strong and recent experience of working in a corporate responsibility role either in-house or agency
- Proven track record in managing ESG indices and ESG reporting
- Comprehensive understanding of the external ESG context
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues across different business functions and geographies

- Experience in human rights (either in-house or agency)
- Experience of working in the pharma industry
