Digital Insights Analyst
Our aim is to beat blood cancer within a generation: As part of an exciting and evolving Digital Team you will play an important role in helping achieve this aim by raising awareness of Blood Cancer UK and driving conversions on major campaigns and fundraising events.
You will provide key insights and data to teams across the organisation and collaborate with them on creating solutions to target the right audiences and optimise online experience. This helps ensure we reach the people that need our support the most as well as maximising income opportunities.
You will be important in influencing the success of campaigns, brand initiatives and events, helping to maximise engagement and conversions. You will create and nurture good relationships across different teams ensuring digital expertise, data and evidence-based thinking is at the forefront of our activities.
You will work in a super friendly environment where we always encourage new ideas, failing fast, thinking differently and being able to express your thoughts without judgement.
The digital insights analyst will have a thorough understanding of monitoring the performance of several digital products by business function to provide robust analysis to support stakeholders in refining their audience strategy, improving engagement and conversion behaviour and delivering on business objectives. This will be crucial in supporting our organisational aim of beating blood cancer within a generation.
You will be proficient in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar and DotMailer, able to develop insight reports and able to inform the organisation on performance across our digital channels.
Stakeholder management and influencing skills are required for liaising with a variety of departments and levels of seniority.
