We are looking for a Programme Management Specialist with exceptional project management skills to join our Development Programmes team on a fixed-term, part-time basis (5 months). In this role, you will support country offices to successfully deliver institutional funded projects, effective monitoring and evaluation, and ensure the projects are gender sensitive or transformative.

You will have proven project and budget management experience, with responsibility for sizeable development projects with DFID and/or EU and a thorough understanding of donor environments and contractual requirements particularly within a consortium. We would also like to see experience of working/volunteering overseas in a developing country on international development projects.

You will be a successful negotiator with proven ability to build mutually beneficial relationships and possess an excellent level of networking awareness to create meaningful connections and positive contacts with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
