We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive to take control of all marketing avenues and be the point of contact for new leads to ensure an amazing delivery of services.

The Marketing Executive will create, implement and manage a range of growth strategies for the business. If you are a forward thinker, are created and focussed on growing a small brand then this is the job role for you!
As their Marketing Executive you will have full control of and will be responsible for implementing new marketing ideas for business development, proactively identifying new opportunities, generating leads and setting up sales appointments. This role will provide the business growth needed to achieve our goals.

This role will be part time 24 - 30 hours per week.
The Marketing Account Manager will be responsible for the following areas;
??? Implementing and managing Facebook ads
??? Implementing and managing Google ads
??? Email marketing
??? Social media marketing
??? Implementing lead generation strategies
??? Direct outreach
Your role as a Marketing Executive will be to:
??? Define and execute digital and off-line marketing strategies to attract new business and partnerships
??? Coordinating with designers and content creators to create campaigns and implement strategies
??? Identify, create and manage new B2B partnerships
??? Manage and grow the brand's digital presence including social media feeds and writing engaging content
??? Implement new marketing strategies and ideas to gain new leads
??? Proactively work toward targets
??? Proactively network within the property industry
??? Be the first point of contact for new leads providing great customer service
??? Close and manage incoming sales opportunities
??? Manage PPC campaigns and paid Social Ads
??? Provide weekly and monthly reports on enquiries and campaign performance.
??? Continuously monitor and feedback to the brands on social media trends, best practice & what key competitors are doing
The ideal candidate:
??? Strong attention to detail and a creative flair
??? The ability to work independently and proactively think of and implement new ideas
??? Energetic, enthusiastic and have a proactive attitude to growing the business
??? Must have 2+ years marketing solutions (display sales) experience
??? Must have multiplatform media sales experience
??? Must have impeccable phone manner and experience in closing deals and incoming leads
??? Understanding of management platforms
??? Experience of running Paid Social campaigns and Google Adwords
??? Analytical experience (Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager / Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn analytics)
Experience within property marketing beneficial
