* The day to day running and general care of a small office, we require someone that is competent in quickbooks or similar software.
* A good phone manner is essential for dealing with customers and suppliers also the ability to work on ones own initiative.

Salary ??20,000 Full or part time
* Computer literate
* Ability to use quickbooks or similar software.
* Invoicing, recording and day to day bookkeeping.
* Dealing with overdue accounts.
* Ordering and dealing with suppliers.
* Sourcing new suppliers.
* Providing standard quotes.
* Ability to learn and absorb product knowledge.
* Good telephone manner.
* Ability to use social media platforms
* Ocassional goods packaging and arranging carrier collection
Driving license is not essential but would be beneficial
