HR Advisor - German Language

Our leading global client is currently recruiting a HR Advisor to join them at their head office based in Chester. This is a great opportunity to work with a reputable company that can offer a flexible working environment with excellent benefits and ample of great opportunities.

This role is initially on a 6 month assignment, with longer term potential.


Providing employees and managers with policy advice, guidance and support for HR processes
Preparing appropriate documentation to meet customer needs related to HR processes
Working through general HR enquiries
Use discretion and sound judgement to determine the best method of resolution to any HR problems that may occurSkills required:

FLUENT in English plus German language (fluent in written communication)
Experience working within an HR role
General knowledge and understanding of HR policies
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated strong attention to detail
Highly computer literate, high level of Excel skills
Experience working in an international environment would be desirable but not essential Flexible working hours, Monday to Friday. Currently working from home with the expectation to be working from the office for 50% of the week once offices are opened.
