My client are a software company that require an Administration Coordinator to support the Programme Manager, the role will be working from home with occasional travel to either the Staines or Horley/Gatwick office for meetings. Excellent opportunity!
I am looking for a strong administrator with excellent spoken and written communication skills that is confident enough to present at client meetings. An excellent career opportunity to grow within a dynamic industry.
Negotiate and secure necessary resource for contracted obligations.
Ability to handle small multiple projects at any given time.
Assist in the application and maintenance of project controls including risk and issue management, change requests, decision and action log maintenance.
Managing customer/stakeholder expectation on projects.
Supporting Programme Manager in the delivery of projects.
Participating in ad-hoc Group projects as required.This role would be suited to someone with good admin skills, who is confident speaking to customers, and can articulate themselves well.
You only need to have 2/3 years of admin experience, can be a recent graduate, but we would like someone with a stable background.
