Recruitment Support Administrator - FTC 12 Months

Pure are seeking a strong and confident Administrator to join a busy organisation, to provide effective and comprehensive administration support to a recruitment team. This post requires somebody who is motivated, hard-working and proactive, with the ability to prioritise their own workload and work well to timeframes. This requirement is based on a 12 month FTC, with a possibility of permanent emloyment in the longer term.

REMOTE WORKING - Flexible working hours and the ability to work between 30 to 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday).


Providing excellent administration support to the team
Managing a busy email inbox, answering enquires where appropriate and distributing when necessary
Working closely with GP practice staff and patient participation groups
Assisting with the recruitment of new staff, including posting live jobs to the website
Handling of sensitive information and data inputting with accuracy, using a CRM system
Participate in team meetingsExperience Required:

Proven administration experience
Excellent IT literacy, including the use of MS Word & Excel
Great attention to detail and strong data inputting skills
Effective time management and the ability to prioritise own workload
Confident and motivated to work independantly, with a strong work ethic
