Experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator required on a permanent basis.

As part of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team you'll be providing essential support with admin activities such as interview scheduling, candidate communication, monitoring and managing the recruitment inbox, responding to all queries in a timely manner, escalating where required.

The role will also involve some basic candidate screening activities, therefore your experience within a recruitment team will be beneficial.

You'll be speaking to candidates and stakeholders at all levels, whether that's to provide feedback to agencies, arrange interviews, or follow up for missing information or updates from Hiring Managers.

You'll be monitoring pre-employment activities carried out by our background checking provider, ensuring new starters have the legal right to work in the UK and that satisfactory employment references have been obtained. This may involve liaising with the provider and the candidate to resolve any blockages and keep the process moving, as well as escalating any issues arising to the Head of TA.

Delivering a positive candidate experience is essential to Arcus, and your interactions as a Brand Ambassador is key to achieving this.

Your administration and communication skills will be second to none, as is your ability to work with various systems, particularly Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Outlook.

It'll be challenging working within a fast-paced high-pressured environment whilst working at pace, but with your strong attention to detail, time management and ability to multi-task you'll rise to this challenge.

To be successful in this role, you'll be proactive, flexible, detail conscious, with the ability to pick things up quickly.

Ideally, you'll have experience gained within a recruitment environment.

You'll be based out of Redditch with the flexibility to work from home 2-3 days a week. Whilst this a Monday - Friday role, we can offer flexibility in the working pattern for the right candidate.

* Salary: circa ??25,000 dependent on experience.
