Summary of Role
An opportunity has arisen for a passionate and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to provide a proactive in-house recruitment service to the business, predominantly in the UK but also covering our global offices. The focus is leading our talent attraction, acquisition and retention. Working within a small team you will take real accountability for the areas you work on.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a candidate who already has previous experience in a similar role who can join us and hit the ground running. You will primarily be required to drive our global talent campaigns through digital channels, champion best recruitment practices across the business, determine the status of contractors and develop attraction programmes for all employees including apprentices, interns and graduates. You will be the first point of contact for our employees on talent matters and will be relied upon for pragmatic and effective advice.
Working in a busy, dynamic and fast moving environment, you will be open to change, have a flexible approach to work and have experience with the latest methods of recruiting employees in a digital world. The role also involves a high level of administration so a keen eye for detail is essential along with knowledge of relevant recruitment employment law knowledge. Being discreet and confidential is a must, plus being organised and positive and a working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and the IR35 regulations would be a definite bonus!
