We are delighted to be working with this international boutique Asset Management company who are looking for an experienced generalist HR manager to join the team in a newly created role. Reporting into the COO, you will need to own the function and work very much on your own initiative and be able to provide a full HR service. With 5 years experience in a similar environment or regulated industry you will be CIPD qualified and a great communicator.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage all HR & people matters across London and satellite offices
  • Review and enhance internal HR policies and process
  • Advise on compensation structures, including partner remuneration
  • Provide employee assistance
  • Provide assistance for performance management programme, including management of Workday process
  • Liaise with parent company HR, assist in aligning policies and processes
  • Manage recruitment processes including approved recruitment firm panel
  • Providing a first level of assistance for all employee life-cycle events such as payroll, benefits, maternity, paternity, shared parental leave, and probation periods
  • Work with the business to help design and implement a new Diversity & Inclusion initiative
  • Manage compensation and benefit benchmarking process
  • Assist with implementation of annual graduate and internship programmes
  • Manage visas, work permits and immigration processes
  • Liaise with employment lawyers
  • Manage processes for grievance and disciplinary procedures
  • Manage transfers, relocations, leavers (inc. exit interviews)
  • Work with Compliance on relevant issues.

 
Flexibility: Two days a week
Location: Remote/London
Salary: £55-60K FTE
