Consultant, HRMI, Central Business Services, Enabling Functions, Open to flexible working
This role is part of the MI team within HR Services (HRS), part of Central Business Services (CBS) supporting the business. The team is responsible for delivering analytics and key management information and business insights on all people issues to the firm’s Executive, Talent Executive and CBS partner as well the Service lines, which is vital to run a successful people-based business.

You will liaise directly, or via a Manager, with different stakeholders across Deloitte to establish what processes/procedures are necessary to deliver the correct information to enable them to run their business successfully. Where appropriate, following due governance, you will lead or manage project teams to deliver or develop those ideas into actions.
- Design and implement projects that exploit analytics in new ways to address existing business issues.
- Build and implement analytics solutions on a variety of platforms ie KPI dashboards.
- Manage quality, accuracy and usability of analytical tools / technology during design phases.
- Analyse data for integrity, accuracy and usability
- Creation and provision of timely and accurate MI for specific areas within the business

- Reporting applications and visualisation tools
- Complex VLookups, Complex SUMIF
- Index and matching, Array formulas
- Visual Basic, be able to modify visual basic macros, make message boxes, input boxes and variables, know how to run loops, “Do Until” etc,
- Manipulate queries and reports
- Creation of custom variables
- InList function
- If Statements
- Experience of working in a professional services environment
- Experience with SAP HR MI (Adhoc Query) capability
- Experience with SAP HANA
- Experience with Tableau, Qlikview etc
