This is a really important role in offering organisational assurance that payments made under our incentive schemes are accurate and that error rates are quantified and proactively managed. You’ll support the audit teams analyse the outcomes of audits to quantify the value and volume of the findings together with the identifying trends and report back on findings to senior stakeholders It’s a role with plenty of autonomy: you’ll be encouraged to take the initiative in how you analyse information and in how you present your findings and recommendations to colleagues. 

You should be highly capable in working with numbers and analysis and proficient in your use of Excel. You’ll be able to interpret complex data from a range of sources and produce insightful and user-friendly reports. Good communication skills (in writing and in person) will enable you work well with others, including reporting to senior colleagues. You may currently be working in a different sector, but if you have the right Mathematical and Excel skills you’ll be able to adapt quickly. Any experience of working with Python, SQL or reporting tools like Qlikview or Power BI would be of value, but this isn’t considered to be essential.
