Risk Manager, Transformation Advisory, Open to flexibility

Based in the Transformation Advisory team, you will provide support & counsel the Transformation Division. This is a second line risk role, dedicated to supporting Digital Change initiatives and the Group Change Management business.

The Conduct, Compliance & Operational Risk (CCOR) team seek to improve control and enable sustainable growth for the Bank through delivery of dedicated support and constructive challenge to the business.

The CCOR team has responsibility for business oversight and assurance activities in relation to Conduct, Compliance and Operational Risk; in addition to implementing the Conduct Strategy, running the People Risk Agenda, liaison with the regulators and handling Insurable Risks for the Group.

Your remit will include

  • Analyse, investigate and evaluate compliance risks that arise within Group Transformation: We have various change initiatives with specific regulatory deadlines for compliance. You'll work to identify the deadlines and support Group Transformation's ability to deliver a compliant solution on time.
  • You'll develop policy recommendations and advise / challenge the business to ensure risks are mitigated and controlled.
  • Strive to increase the visibility of specific risk, drive action and ensure regulatory change is delivered within the risk appetite.
