What you will do:

  • Reporting to the Hive’s Delivery Manager, work with the scrum teams to help develop and build functionality efficiently and to a high quality.
  • Demonstrate agile working practices, taking an active role in all stages of development
  • Collaborate with and coach engineers, designers, analysts and product managers to ensure that quality is integrated into every stage of the development process
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies such sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives
  • Build and empower teams, ensuring they are motivated, collaborating and working well together. as well as identifying obstacles and help the team to overcome them
  • Identifying and removing roadblocks including navigating through internal processes and gathering appropriate approvals for teams.
  • Focus the team on what is most important to the delivery of products and the outcomes they want to achieve.

You will definitely need:

  • Be enthusiastic, organised and driven to empower teams.

  • Excellent skills in communication, facilitation, and coaching. You’ll have a natural talent for working with others and acting as a servant-leader.
  • Experience working with agile teams in a fast-paced environment
