Commercial & Delivery Model Lead - Financial Crime Managed Service Team, Forensic, FA

Your role

As the Commercial & Delivery Model Lead, your actions will directly influence the growth, effectiveness and commercial success of the business.

Typical duties will include:

  • Building, managing and maintaining relationships with third party suppliers (including global Deloitte member firms)
  • Supporting rate card negotiations with third party suppliers
  • Maintaining a view of external resource performance
  • Leading resource decisioning, considering resource requirements, availability, and commerciality
  • Managing the recruitment process for both external and internal hires
  • Supporting bid teams with commercial modelling for opportunities
  • Tracking and oversight of FC MS projects’ financial performance
  • Supporting FC MS leadership, for example with tasks relating to governance, reporting, cost analysis, financial planning and forecasting
  • Acting on any other ad-hoc needs and projects from the FC MS leadership

Location: Cardiff, London or home-based with occasional need to travel into Cardiff and London.

Work pattern: This is a permanent contract opportunity. The role is expected to be worked on a full-time basis.

Your professional experience

  • Working in operations or compliance teams in a large organisation.
  • Working with third party partners or suppliers.
  • A track record of efficiently and on a timely basis managing complex and fluid responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. You should be detail orientated and able to manage and track numerous moving parts across multiple workstreams.
  • Strong and persuasive communicator who can communicate with stakeholders across the wider business at senior levels, with the confidence to challenge where appropriate.
  • Used to delivering within strict deadlines whilst managing conflicting workloads and priorities.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a distributed team spread across multiple locations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, notably PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel as a minimum.
