DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

2-3 days per week, highly flexible homeworking role

£40,000 pro rata

London or South-West geographical preference

We require the services of a globally minded marketing person to drive our communications so that we can onboard new clients around the World.    

Priorities

Brand vibe

  • Uphold and embody corporate spirit and brand mantra
  • Modernising branded documents, infographics and social assets; ensuring consistency and excellence
  • Coordinate updates to websites as required, including development of new content

 Digital overview

  • Coordinating the creation of digital marketing material (newsletter, blogs, events)
  • Managing social media accounts including scheduling content and monitoring activity
  • Coordination of digital marketing tools and platforms including Canva, Hubspot CRM, Vimeo, Google Analytics and other subscription services, as well as our digital channels Mailchimp, LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Utilising digital tools to analyse performance and help improve the marketing offering within the business, including tracking and consolidating analytics across our digital assets

Tangible targets

  • Focus on client wins (minimum 10 per annum)
  • Master C-Level target avatar engagement to secure interest
  • Strengthen global team network
  • Introduce new technology in order to reduce Customer acquisition cost

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Degree educated, technologically minded and highly progressive and energetic
  • Extensive experience, preferably internationally with language ability
  • Passionate about brand concepts and an ability to enhance brand equity
  • A new standard setter who is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Demonstrable experience in the management and application of visual identity
  • A growth mindset and desire to continually improve ways of working and processes
  • Highly proactive and able to multi-task and work to deadlines
  • Strong experience managing digital marketing processes and platforms
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Enthusiastic with a desire and ability to introduce and implement  new systems quickly
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, in particular PowerPoint
