Our Insurance business is one of the largest in the UK. We have a strong heritage, helping approximately six million customers every day with their diverse and critical needs including life insurance, pensions, investments and general insurance.
As a Workflow Leader you will lead a team of Administrators working towards the successful remediation of customers affected by errors on their products. You will be managing the flow of work, undertaking risk management, performing quality checking and providing reports, as well as a variety of other tasks. You will need to use your drive and enthusiasm to focus on driving Continuous Improvement and development within your team.
Using your excellent communication skills you will coach, develop and empower your team to take ownership and make decisions to deliver what matters to our customers.
We focus on our customers in everything we do so meeting their needs and being able to work to tight deadlines will be paramount. The flexibility to work paid overtime when required will be beneficial.
Right from the start, we'll give you full training and all the support you need with a Group Induction followed by 121 training whilst you are on the job when you will be fully supported whilst you learn. During this we will help you to obtain a full understanding of our operational policies and procedures plus give you an awareness of regulatory practices and constraints. So you don't need previous experience of finance or banking however some knowledge and experience of people management and providing MI and performance reports would be a plus.
We are open to discussions around flexible working to facilitate a working arrangement suitable to both you and the business. There may be a need to work flexibility on a paid overtime basis when required.
