Pumpkin PR, a specialist B2B PR agency based in Soho is looking for a brilliant new team member at a senior level.

This is the perfect role for someone either looking to hone their management and leadership skills but who still wants to roll up their sleeves and do hands-on account work or for a returner who wants to have the flexibility of a part time role.

You will play an active part in the management of the agency, gaining experience of all aspects of the business – from new business to building our employer brand – in a way that would not be possible at a bigger agency.

You will support the senior team in driving forward key accounts, will build and maintain relationships with clients and journalists and will motivate teams to deliver to our consistently high standards.

We are skilled storytellers and your work will span everything from narrative development to media relations; executive profiling to speaker programmes; campaign development and execution, and support on client internal communications and crisis management.

You will have at least four years B2B PR experience and be commercially aware with a focus on delivering results and an appreciation of outcomes not just outputs.

Pumpkin is a female-founded company and is committed to coaching-led career development, and you will have monthly one-to-ones and a personalised development plan as part of an individual career enhancement programme including in-house training and PRCA courses.
