We have experienced a soar of business and secured some incredible national and global accounts. This growth has created a new position for Executive Assistant to support key members of the team with the daily organisation and management of candidates and clients.

This opportunity would suit an individual who enjoys a good fast pace of work, multi tasking, juggling and organising. As a recruitment business we strive to help secure permanent roles for our candidates and deliver exceptional service to our clients. The Executive Assistant must share a passion of exceeding expectations, a recruitment background is not essential but the skills to resource, plan and organise.

Key Responsibilities

* Providing PA/Secretarial support to Directors and team members where necessary

* Diary Management

* Scheduling candidate interviews including sending emails and interview confirmations

* Booking TEAMS meetings for candidates and consultants into office diary

* Tele-screening candidates applying for roles and creating candidate shortlists for consultants

* Matching and sourcing candidates for vacancies available

* Liaising with clients and updating on recruitment campaigns

* Handling first line calls, taking messages and transferring to team

* Providing sales team with administration support

Key Competences Required

* Loves to talk to people on the phone

* Degree or equivalent within Marketing or business sectors

* Strong IT skills - competent with computer systems, must be able to use MS Word & advanced Excel

* Must possess a high level of spoken and written English

* Highly organized

* A fast learner and be able to work on multiple systems

* An effective team player and enjoy sales environment

* Able to uses own initiative

* Excellent organizer and planner

* Must be flexible, enthusiastic and committed

* Ability to follow procedures and make suggestions for improvement

Benefits

37.5 hours per week (home working half a week optional)

Flexible or part time working hours considered

Up to 25 days holiday plus statutory (birthdays off and annual holiday increment)

Shut down over Christmas period
