Our West Midlands team have been operating at capacity for most of 2021 and we know we are in the right place to welcome at least one more person to the business, confident we can support your commercial success.
Seymour John offer industry leading reward packages, which include a generous basic salary with uncapped commission. For example, an experienced Principal Consultant delivering ??150,000 annually in fees/temporary margin will be able to earn over ??60,000. We also offer 30 days' holiday, in addition to your eight statutory days, plus your birthday if it falls on a working day.
We offer flexible working between home and the office; we are open to part time or full time working (a full-time contract being 40 hours per week).

What we expect from you
We need someone who can deliver permanent and temporary recruitment from Clerical to Manager level across purchase and sales ledger, credit control and payroll, and Accounts Assistants/Assistant Accountant. We are relatively open minded on the level of experience you bring to the party, although it's essential that you have the character to maintain our high standards in integrity, passion, and care. You will be:
