Membership Coordinator, Part time 15 hours/wk

The Olympic Studios are a very successful and well-established Cinema / Restaurant. We are looking for a friendly, efficient and enthusiastic person with some previous experience in general admin work to take ownership of our membership admin.

The role will include:

  • Processing new members applications in a timely fashion
  • Updating our members records on our various databases
  • Recording membership payments
  • Chasing membership payments
  • Preparing membership welcome packs
  • Dealing with ad-hoc membership queries
  • Ensuring our processes are GDPR compliant

You will be reporting to the Membership Manager and the Cinema Manager.

The ability to multitask, heaps of initiative, and great attention to detail will be required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a great telephone manner are essential.

You will be expected to take ownership of the role whilst displaying a genuine can-do attitude and flexibility.

Relevant experience in a similar role and gained from a similar environment is useful.
