Are you a qualified lawyer who has had time out and who is looking to return? Or perhaps you are still working but in a role isn’t maximising your potential.
The Reignite Academy is here to help you kickstart the next phase of your legal career. We have opportunities across a number of practice areas. Our clients all support flexible working, with most roles being available on a 4 day a week basis, with some of those days being work from home.
You will have qualified in a City firm and had at least two years post qualification experience within private practice. You may have taken a complete career break or, alternatively may be working in a different role or in a job that is currently below your potential.
Our aim is to help you reignite your legal career and enable you to fulfil your potential.
The programme connects you with member firms who recognise the value you add. You will be provided with six months paid work experience, comprehensive induction and training, supported by our unique Reignite Academy coaching, mentoring and support. You will join along side others in the same situation and will form a supportive cohort of returners.

The Support We Provide
After initial screening, successful applicants will be invited to a one-to-one career planning session where you will have the opportunity to learn more about what’s involved. Coaching on interview preparation, CV writing and LinkedIn profiling will also be provided.
Successful candidates will be offered a six month contract with their chosen member firm. The Academy will then focus on delivering the right training to candidates in order to make their six month experience a success.
Whilst there is no guarantee of a permanent placement at the end of the six months, it is the goal of the programme with 85% of previous programme participants receiving an ongoing offer of employment at the end of the six months.
