HRGO are looking for a Personal Assistant for our Dover based client. This role will be working from home so will suit anyone seeking a full-time working pattern with the ability to work from home. The job has been developed for an energetic, flexible, and ambitious person who is looking to work as a Personal Assistant. You must be accessible, approachable and flexible. Please note that you should have the ability to access all sites in the event you may need to work from there, the site would mostly likely be Deal , Kent.

Experience required -

Good working knowledge of Word/Excel/Outlook

Good organisational and time management skills

Ability to research, digest, analyse and present material clearly and concisely

Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues

Effective minute taking

Excellent interpersonal skills

Proven experience working with the public

Proven experience in an administrative role

Exceptional written and oral communication skills

Hours for this role are 37.5 per week. You will need to have Maths and English GCSE, grade c or above. This is a great opportunity to work with a well-established company.
