Administrative Assistant (Temporary)
We are looking to recruit a HR Administrative Assistant, on a temporary basis up to 12 months. To support the business in day-to-day HR activity and provide professional administration support to the HR team.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
??? Assist with keeping the Job Description database up to date.
??? Assist with updating the HR New Starter tracker.
??? Support with collation of new starter documentation i.e right to work in the UK and copies of qualifications etc.
??? Uploading historical documentation in to SuccessFactors.
??? Uploading Job Descriptions, Contracts, change of role letters to SuccessFactors.
??? Assist with transferring HR documentation in to SharePoint.
??? Support with probationary review process, under HR colleague guidance - issue 3-month and 6-month probationary review forms to line managers, ensure they are returned in a timely manner and issue completion of probationary period letters to employees.
??? Support the flexible working request process as required - prompting line managers to complete reviews where requests have been agreed on a temporary basis.
??? Issuing and responding to employer reference requests.
??? Issuing and responding to employee financial reference requests.
??? Respond to employee adhoc letter requests.
??? Respond to basic emails submitted by employees to the HR Mailbox.
??? Filing and General Admin duties.
??? Respond to telephone enquiries and take messages and re-direct as appropriate.
??? Assist with issuing forms and documentation to employees as directed.
??? Assistance with arranging meeting room bookings and diary management.
??? Ordering gifts, as guided, for Birthday, New Parent, Leaver, Sickness absence.
??? Assist with Recruitment administration as required.
??? Assist with ePayslip password resets.
Administrative Assistant Requirements:
??? Good standard of general education
??? Comfortable with working in a fast paced environment.
??? Ability to use initiative or seek help when needed.
??? Familiar with Word, Excel and Outlook.
??? Experience of working in an administrative role.
??? Knowledge and experience gained working in an HR environment.
??? Knowledge of relevant HR policies, procedures and best practice.
??? Ability to use a HR information system including, accessing, inputting, and compiling data.
??? Experience of working with confidential information.
??? Experience of working with Share Point.

Salary: Up to ??21,000 dependant on experience

It is likely that interviews will take place partly by phone and partly by video, so you will ideally need access to a phone, tablet or laptop with a camera if you progress. We will keep you informed of the interview process as we continue.

As we don't yet know what restrictions will be in place when you're ready to start, and all our offices remain closed at this time (with all employees based there currently working from home with appropriate IT kit provided by the company), we will continue to follow the Government advice and ensure the safety of all our employees, whilst making sure that you feel supported and welcomed to the team.
