Even during these unprecedented times, my client, a global leading financial services organisation is still very much "business as usual". In line with current regulations all staff are currently working from home. Once there is a return to the office, the role will be split between working in the office and working from home (dependent on business needs).

They now an entry level role within their Banking, Reconciliation & Control team to join them on an initial have two opportunities within their Global Business Operations division.

With training, the purpose of the role will be to support the production and submission of UK tax reporting and any related activities, reporting to the Manager, UK Tax Reporting. This will include:

  • Providing support in UK Tax reporting including ISA and Other Interest reporting, annual returns, pensions/investments tax reclaims and payroll tax deductions.
  • You will also work closely with the Control & Reconciliation teams to ensure that tax related debtor and creditor balances are appropriately recorded
  • Assisting in the resolution of clients' tax reporting related queries.

Any specific experience would be useful but not required, as full product training will be provided, however, it is essential that you possess good IT skills (in particular Excel), coupled with excellent organisational and communication skills, strong attention to detail and an eye for figures.
