Working on a 4-month temporary assignment this role may become permanent for the right person.

Working 27.5 hours per week you will work 5.5 hours per day Monday to Friday either working 7am - 12.30 noon or 12.30 noon to 6.00pm (you will be given a rotating shift pattern)

Joining a friendly facilities team the role will assist with the day-to-day running of the office and will hold the position of Key Holder for the building. It's a varied role that involves hands on work and administrative work.

Key tasks include maintaining access arrangements and providing basic reception cover outside reception working hours; carrying out maintenance, Health & Safety Checks and building audits; and setting up meeting rooms and equipment. You'll also assist with post duties, and monitoring levels of stock and equipment, such as stationery.

We're looking for someone who has brilliant customer service skills, and a good awareness of health & safety. We also need someone who is willing to be flexible, and who is comfortable working on their own or as part of a team. Experience of providing facilities support in an office environment would be helpful but isn't essential. Computer skills are essential as the role involves Microsoft and other bespoke packages for which training will be provided.
