We are an independent recruitment business based in Rotherham, due to growth we are looking to recruit a part time Business support administrator to support our busy recruitment team with compliance and administration plus act as PA for the MD to provide her with valuable support in order for her to focus on the running of her recruitment business and rental property portfolio.

Duties will include:

Calling candidates to chase up ID and missing documents

Adding all documents to database

Setting up new starters

Preparing the required info and documents ready for the MD's meetings

Managing compliance for a small number of rental properties

Insurance renewals

Company purchasing, stationary, gifts, PPE etc

Organising car repairs, servicing etc

Arranging appointments for the MD

Planning and coordination of projects

Building material into power point ready for presentations

Dealing with visitors

The ideal candidate will:

Have previous Administration experience

Possess Excellent IT skills including power point and excel

Be organised and articulate

Have a good telephone manner

In return we offer a competitive Salary dependent on experience flexible working hours between 20 and 30 per week which can be split as 3 full days or 5 shorter days, Pension and Westfield Health.
